Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Privacy Keeper software ("Software") provided by Streetview Technology Jan Mantkowski, Am Neuen Wald 3, 63225 Langen (Hessen), Germany ("panohopper," "we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these terms.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase or valid subscription, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of computers specified by your license type. Free trial usage is limited to the trial period specified at the time of download.

3. Trial Period

The free 7-day trial provides full access to all Software features. During the trial period, watermarks automatically include "© PanoHopper" and masks include a PanoHopper logo overlay. These limitations are removed upon purchasing a license.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Distribute, resell, sublicense, or lease the Software to third parties
  • Remove or obscure any proprietary notices from the Software
  • Use the Software beyond the scope of your purchased license

5. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, design, documentation, and associated materials, is the intellectual property of Streetview Technology Jan Mantkowski. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Updates

Licensed users receive updates for the duration specified by their license type. Perpetual license holders receive a minimum of 5 years of updates from the date of purchase. Subscription users receive updates for the duration of their active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty regarding the completeness or accuracy of detection results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, panohopper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
