The 7-day free trial requires no payment and no credit card. No refund applies.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds.

Purchases

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all license purchases (not subscriptions). If you are not satisfied with Privacy Keeper for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to info@panohopper.com with:

• Your order or invoice number
• The email address used for purchase
• A brief reason for the refund (optional, helps us improve)

Processing

Refunds are processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method. Once refunded, your license key will be deactivated.
